Lead the development and execution of an enterprise compliance program to strengthen the company’s management of compliance risks and exposures. Support Inspire and its brands with centralized governance over compliance activities and changes to regulations, industry standards, and company policies. Strategically expand the visibility and effectiveness of the enterprise compliance program throughout the company. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 7 years with 3-5 years in compliance/ethics programs
  • Advanced knowledge of corporate compliance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to meet multiple deadlines
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strategic and long-term thinker
  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • Experience with data-driven decision making
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

  • Postgraduate degree(s) (e.g., JD or Masters)
  • Compliance certifications (e.g., CCEP, CRCM, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Manage the planning, development, and execution of enterprise compliance program and associated processes covering core compliance areas (e.g., FCPA, code of conduct, conflicts of interest, data protection, records retention, whistleblowing, insider trading, etc.)
  • Develop, manage, and update policies, communications, and training materials regarding corporate compliance
  • Monitor compliance issues, conduct compliance risk assessments and audits, and collaborate with other second line compliance functions (e.g., HR, food safety, cybersecurity) to assess and monitor compliance issues
  • Develop and maintain compliance metrics and trend analytics, and provide recommendations regarding results
  • Develop compliance reporting for brand leadership, senior management, and the board of directors
  • Evaluate regulatory and industry standards and trends for impact and assist in the development of compliance strategies
  • Support and/or lead investigations into compliance issues and violations
