Requirements

  • 5+ years of project management experience, with a track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives on time and within scope

Nice To Haves

  • PMP certification or equivalent project management credential
  • Experience in HCM, SaaS, payroll, or enterprise software environments
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks
  • Familiarity with change management principles and how to bring teams along through organizational transitions
  • Exposure to working within a high-growth, fast-scaling technology company

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of enterprise projects from initial planning through final delivery.
  • Define scope, develop timelines, coordinate resources, monitor milestones, identify risks, and ensure initiatives stay on track.
  • Serve as the key connection point between executive leadership and project teams, providing updates, facilitating decisions, and driving alignment around strategic objectives.
  • Build detailed project plans, measure performance, track deliverables, and ensure both internal teams and external vendors remain accountable for achieving results.
