About The Position

Lumen Solutions Group Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Project Manager - Executive to serve as a team leader for the Project Administration team. This role involves coaching staff, implementing objectives from I&O leadership, and interacting with various stakeholders including management, internal/external organizations, and vendors. The position is responsible for compiling and managing information for project plans, portfolio/program plans, metrics, reports, and project management documentation. The Enterprise Project Manager will define project objectives and scope by reviewing project proposals to determine time frame, funding, procedures, and project life cycle phases for IT network infrastructure and server-related projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or 5 years of related work experience
  • PMP Certification
  • 10+ years of Project Management experience
  • 5+ years of experience within network infrastructure, server, and system administration operations

Nice To Haves

  • Current experience with Medicaid, Social Services, or similar public benefit programs is strongly desired and will be given the highest weight.
  • Experience should include well documented success with IT Infrastructure and Server implementation related projects.
  • Experience with documentation and artifacts related to IT Network Infrastructure and Server Operations/Implementations.
  • Experience with documentation and artifacts related to Health Information Technologies.
  • Experience with Project Management software (e.g., MS Project).
  • Additional IT certifications.
  • Experience with healthcare and all healthcare-related requirements.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA, CDC, and other network infrastructure and server frameworks.
  • Experience working with Microsoft products and SolarWinds tools.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as team leader for Project Administration team, coaching and leading staff in implementing objectives provided by I&O leadership.
  • Interact with staff, team members, management, and external organizations/vendors to compile and manage information for project plans, portfolio/program plans, metrics, reports, and project management documentation.
  • Define project objectives and scope by reviewing project proposals to determine time frame, funding, procedures, and project life cycle phases for IT network infrastructure and server related projects.
  • Manage projects in the design, development, implementation, and/or ongoing maturation of IO’s network infrastructure and server processes, technology, and/or artifacts.
  • Prepare status reports and provide updates to project stakeholders.
  • Review progress and status of all projects, identifying specific activities to ensure project deliverables, milestones, and tasks are completed according to deadlines.
  • Participate in the assessment of internal agency systems and business partner/service provider information systems.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office software suite, Solarwinds, and other products to document and report on information gathered from IO efforts.
  • Actively participate in meetings/workshops regarding IT network infrastructure and server projects.
