About The Position

This role requires a seasoned Enterprise Project Manager with executive-level experience. The position focuses on managing projects related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Sales Processes, and Business Analysis. The selected contractor will be responsible for configuration, implementation, and optimization of CRM systems, as well as sales process improvement. Requirements gathering, process documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams are key aspects of this role. Please note that Lumen and/or its clients will not provide equipment (Laptop, monitor, etc.) to the selected contractor; the contractor must have their own equipment. Access to a virtual desktop set up (software) will be provided by Lumen’s client, allowing the user access to the required systems and technology.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM – configuration, implementation, and optimization
• 7+ years of experience with Sales Processes – workflows, pipeline management, and process optimization
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst – gathering requirements, documenting processes, working with cross-functional teams
• Must have own equipment (Laptop, monitor, etc.)

Nice To Haves

• CRM certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Consultant, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant)
• Experience developing training materials and SOPs for CRM adoption
• Experience with Salesforce CRM
