About The Position

The Enterprise Program Manager (EPM) serves as the operational leader behind PSBLTY’s enterprise partnerships, helping some of the largest organizations in financial services translate strategic priorities into measurable advisor outcomes. PSBLTY designs and stewards enterprise growth systems that help wirehouses, broker-dealers, RIAs, custodians, platforms, and industry organizations develop advisors at scale. Reporting to the Director of Product and partnering closely with Executive Leadership, the EPM will lead the day-to-day execution of enterprise relationships, acting as the connective tissue between client partners and internal PSBLTY teams. This role involves coordinating complex initiatives, facilitating executive communication, overseeing delivery, monitoring performance, anticipating risk, and ensuring commitments align with partner outcomes. Success requires a blend of relationship building, program management, operational expertise, strategic thinking, and communication skills. The EPM will become deeply embedded within partner organizations to understand their people, priorities, politics, procurement processes, strategic initiatives, and success metrics, aiming to be perceived as an extension of the partner's leadership team.

Responsibilities

  • Steward enterprise relationships, acting as the primary relationship manager for strategic client partners, building trust, and ensuring proactive, transparent communication.
  • Own program delivery for complex enterprise initiatives from discovery through renewal, aligning stakeholders, managing timelines, communication, reporting, implementation, risk management, and execution.
  • Drive executive communication by preparing executive summaries, proposals, presentations, business reviews, implementation updates, and strategic recommendations.
  • Act as the voice of the client, representing their needs, priorities, challenges, and opportunities internally at PSBLTY.
  • Become an extension of the enterprise by immersing in partner organizations to understand their structure, priorities, decision-making processes, stakeholders, culture, and strategic initiatives.
  • Build scalable delivery systems by designing and improving playbooks, documentation, reporting, communication rhythms, implementation workflows, executive dashboards, and operational systems.
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution by partnering with Product, Growth Leaders, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Executive Leadership.
  • Measure enterprise outcomes by defining success, tracking progress, reporting impact, and identifying new growth opportunities.
  • Grow adoption and strategic partnerships by ensuring program participation, executive visibility, and stakeholder engagement, while identifying opportunities for relationship expansion.
  • Navigate enterprise complexity by understanding decision-making, procurement, budgeting, and success measurement processes, anticipating obstacles, and mitigating risks.
  • Represent PSBLTY with credibility in executive meetings, workshops, conferences, and industry events, building trusted relationships and communicating the company's vision and value.
  • Build culture and capability by modeling ownership, responsiveness, communication, and professionalism, continuously improving operations, and helping teams become more capable and confident.
