Position Summary Our Director – Program Management is a senior individual contributor responsible for leading the organization’s most complex enterprise initiatives. Directors operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, ensuring that transformational initiatives are structured, governed, and delivered effectively across multiple business units.

Requirements

Minimum of twelve (12) years leading complex enterprise programs or transformation initiatives.
Proven experience influencing executive stakeholders.
Strong strategic thinking and problem‑solving capability.
Experience improving organizational delivery capability or governance frameworks.
Advanced program management certifications or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the most complex enterprise programs spanning multiple organizations or business units.
Partner with executive stakeholders to structure initiatives and enable strategic decision making.
Resolve systemic barriers that impact delivery of strategic initiatives.
Establish and improve governance frameworks for large transformation initiatives.
Drive alignment across organizations with competing priorities and constraints.
Mentor and guide program managers working on complex initiatives.
P rovide thought leadership on program management best practices and transformation execution.
