Execute complex, multiple line of business, breakthrough process, improvement initiatives which support the Bank's strategic focus areas. Work with LOB and functional partners to plan, develop, manage, implement, track benefits for improvement projects which deliver operational efficiency, expense savings, improved customer experience, revenue growth, enhanced quality, and/or regulatory excellence. Position requires a blend of business process analysis, data analysis, project management, change management, and team leadership. This role is responsible for mentoring others in applying the Lean Six Sigma methodology and using tools.
