You will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our enterprise accounting and bookkeeping partners by actively managing existing relationships. This position focuses on more than just maintenance; it is about strategy, activation, and revenue. You will support these partners in achieving their cloud practice strategy, helping them to deploy business plans while identifying key opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell our solutions. Your influence will extend to ensuring each firm has the opportunity to grow through internal education and specific client events. By fostering organic growth and increasing run rates within existing partners, you will directly contribute to expanding the small business customer base, connecting businesses with the right data and advisors to help build a stronger economy. You will join a collaborative sales environment, working closely alongside Senior Account Managers to build and execute revenue growth strategies for local offices of Enterprise Partners. The team operates cross-functionally, coordinating with community teams and partner services to ensure the successful deployment and activation of business plans. Initially, the role may focus on Managing existing enterprise partner relationships within your allocated territory under a 'win, love, grow' model to retain and increase revenue. Executing outbound sales motions, including phone calls and in-person meetings, to drive subscription activation and utilisation. Building strong relationships with accounting partners to identify and activate large business plans through consultative selling techniques. Utilising sales enablement tools such as Salesforce to track weekly KPIs, including appointments made and opportunities created.
