CACI is seeking an experienced Enterprise Operations Specialist to support the Air Force (DAF) Enterprise IT as a Service (EITaaS) program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure management and end-user support, with proficiency in tools and technologies such as ServiceNow, Intune, Active Directory, DNS, system logs, imaging, app packaging, SharePoint, and security solutions. A solid understanding of ITIL best practices, endpoint management, STIG and IEEE standards, and large-scale enterprise environments is essential. In this role, you will proactively monitor and manage the health, performance, and security of servers, endpoint systems, applications, and networks across the enterprise. You will use advanced monitoring tools to identify, escalate, and resolve incidents while maintaining secure inventory practices. You will also develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other documentation to support efficient workflows and streamline incident resolution. Collaboration will be key as you work with engineers, cross‑functional teams, and end users to troubleshoot complex issues, optimize systems, and implement improvements. Your strong problem‑solving, communication, and technical expertise will help minimize downtime, enhance operational reliability, and support continuous improvement across the EITaaS program.
