We are a rapidly growing organization seeking an experienced Enterprise Operations Lead to drive the performance, reliability, and scalability of enterprise infrastructure and core IT services in Arlington, VA. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with operational leadership to support complex, distributed environments.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in enterprise IT operations
Strong background in server environments and infrastructure services
Proficiency with Active Directory and core network services
Familiarity with PKI and enterprise authentication systems
Experience supporting distributed, high-availability environments
U.S. Citizenship
Active Secret Clearance

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations of enterprise server environments (virtual and physical)
Deliver and support Platform as a Service (PaaS) across distributed systems
Ensure high availability, performance, and security of infrastructure services
Oversee Active Directory, including group policy, permissions, and issue resolution
Manage core services such as DNS, DHCP, and WINS within the enterprise environment
Support identity and access management, including PKI integration
Maintain and optimize scalable, load-balanced, and clustered architectures
