This is a high-visibility, relationship-intensive role that demands both strategic acumen and operational discipline. The Director must navigate the tri-entity governance structure with fluency, align product delivery across Jefferson Health, Thomas Jefferson University, and Jefferson Health Plans, and serve as a trusted extension of the EVP's office in all wellness matters.
