About The Position

Wraithwatch was founded by security engineers from SpaceX, Palantir, and Anduril to build the next generation of AI-powered cyber defense systems for the United States and its allies. We are deployed today to customers spanning Fortune 500, US Federal Government, commercial nuclear, aerospace, defense, maritime, and other emerging technology companies. Our core product is a cyber defense platform utilizing generative artificial intelligence agents to autonomously model a digital twin of an organization's entire IT and cybersecurity environment and analyze it for weaknesses, misconfigurations, and chains of possible attack. The Enterprise Mission Manager - Federal will be the delivery lead on large, complex, Wraithwatch deployments to federal customers.

Requirements

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
  • 5+ years of experience managing large, complex IT and/or cybersecurity projects with federal organizations or defense contractors
  • Track record of managing complex delivery across multiple stakeholders with competing priorities
  • Comfortable being on-site with customers multiple days per week
  • Technical fluency—able to hold your own in a conversation about modern AI stacks, cybersecurity, IT, APIs, infrastructure, or data pipelines
  • Willing to work extended hours when mission demands it

Nice To Haves

  • Direct experience with DoD, IC, or federal civilian cyber programs
  • Experience with ATO processes, FedRAMP, or similar compliance frameworks

Responsibilities

  • Be the primary interface between Wraithwatch and our federal customers.
  • Move with speed to own outcomes for both our customers and Wraithwatch.
  • Be on-site with government stakeholders regularly—building relationships, understanding their operational realities, and making sure Wraithwatch delivers.
  • Hold federal program managers and Wraithwatch engineers equally accountable to timelines.
  • Sit with users, learn what's broken, and come back to the product team with specifics that actually move the roadmap.
  • Navigate deliverable timelines, ATO processes, and the particular politics of the customer's organization.
  • Fix issues or escalate fast when things slip.
  • Make friends while walking the customer halls, then turn around and tell engineers what Wraithwatch is building wrong.
  • Own outcomes, not activities.
