  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage overlapping deadlines and competing stakeholders.
  • Excellent collaboration skills; ability to partner effectively with Sales, PMM, Field Marketing, and Design.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience marketing to Public Sector, Healthcare, or other regulated industries.

Responsibilities

  • Manage campaign QA, asset trafficking, and post-launch reporting on a recurring cadence.
  • Draft and edit short-form marketing copy for emails, landing pages, social posts, ad copy, and sales enablement collateral.
  • Transform vertical messaging from Product Marketing into deployable, on-brand assets across various channels.
  • Maintain the marketing content library and ensure messaging consistency across campaigns and verticals.
  • Build campaign extensions of Field Marketing's event programs, including pre-event nurtures, on-site follow-ups, and post-event content tracks.
  • Support Sales with one-off enablement needs, such as email templates, follow-up sequences, and vertical-specific one-pagers and decks.
  • Assist in operationalizing ABM plays in partnership with Sales and MarOps as the strategy matures.
  • Track campaign performance against pipeline, engagement, and conversion KPIs.
  • Run A/B tests on subject lines, CTAs, and creative, documenting findings and sharing them with the team.
  • Surface insights to Product Marketing and leadership, and recommend optimizations for the following quarter.
