Your Position & How You Will Contribute: Reporting to the GM, Business Services, the Enterprise Lead Gen and Account Manager plays a dual role within telMAX's Sales Organization. As the primary engine for enterprise pipeline development, this role is responsible for generating qualified leads from telMAX's addressable market while simultaneously managing select opportunities through the full B2B sales cycle. Working closely with Enterprise Sales Executives, this position ensures a steady flow of sales-ready prospects and drives direct revenue through independently closed accounts. For high performers, this role serves as a natural pathway into an Enterprise Sales Representative position.

Requirements

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in B2B sales, outbound lead generation, or business development, preferably in telecommunications or a related industry
  • Demonstrated track record in cold calling, outbound prospecting, and consistent pipeline development
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable operating in a high-volume outreach environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing accounts or opportunities through a full sales cycle is an asset
  • familiarity with CRM tools or sales tracking platforms is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Conduct targeted outreach via cold calling, email campaigns, and professional networking using On-Net and Near Net address lists supplied by the telMAX Network Organization
  • Qualify network leads and generate 4–6 sales-ready leads per day for the Business Sales Organization
  • Establish appointments and build sales-ready conversations on behalf of Enterprise Sales Executives
  • Maintain a disciplined, high-volume outreach cadence to ensure consistent pipeline health
  • Manage 5–10 active opportunities concurrently through the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close
  • Independently close a minimum of one sale per month, managing the full cycle end to end
  • Develop and execute account strategies to efficiently move prospects toward signed agreements
  • Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of telMAX's business product suite, including: Symmetrical Medium Business Grade Fibre (PON), Symmetrical Enterprise Grade Fibre (DIA), Basic and Cloud-Based VoIP, and Business/Public Viewing TV
  • Educate prospective customers on products, service bundles, and promotions tailored to their specific business requirements
  • Develop strong, long-term relationships with prospects and customers to position telMAX as a trusted and preferred telecom partner
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout lead generation, the sales process, and post-sale to support customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Sales Executives to ensure smooth, high-quality lead handoffs and support end-to-end conversion
  • Track and report on pipeline activity, daily lead volumes, and individual sales performance against defined targets
  • Contribute insights and feedback to help improve lead quality, outreach strategies, and sales processes
