About The Position

SAIC is seeking an Enterprise Integration Engineer to fill a position on SAIC’s large SETA Program, supporting the NRO’s Ground Enterprise Directorate (GED) in Chantilly, VA. All candidates must have an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph. This Enterprise Integration Engineer will provide specialized expertise supporting project management and integration of multi-intelligence (multi-INT) software services to meet urgent National Security priorities. SAIC’s client is tasked with leading the integration of mission focused tools to foster increased efficiency, automation and information sharing. The qualified candidate will assist and advise Government managers responsible for the complete end-to-end life cycle of the customer's Ground Enterprise. The successful candidate will support integrated architecture development, solution engineering and operational integration of multi-INT tools and data across the full breadth of the National Security enterprise. A successful candidate in this position will bring a record of application of agile systems engineering methods and creative thought-leadership to mature and develop mission solutions to pressing intelligence needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide innovative thought and practical engineering application by leveraging agile software lifecycle management practices to assist the Program Management Office with solution engineering, program planning and mission integration of delivered capabilities and data flows.
• Guide resolution of compliance challenges for datasets acquired under diverse authorities (E.O. 12333, Law Enforcement Sensitive, commercial data, et al.).
• Design and integrate cross-domain solutions to enable data sharing across stakeholders at diverse security levels and using different authorities.
• Integrate stakeholder and system requirements, facilitate discussion and understanding of schedule impacts and trades, and provide the digital engineering support.
• Engage with other systems engineers directly supporting programs to enhance cross-program integration, track solution delivery progress and assist in developing digital work products.
• Participate in and contribute to technical and programmatic interchanges; identify and resolve issues; and provide engineering and technical advice to the customer to achieve innovative capabilities.
• Provide technical expertise to support the planning of future systems and architectures.
• Develop briefings and documentation material, including architecture views and technical roadmaps.
