About The Position

Kearney & Company is currently seeking a Enterprise Functional Lead - OneStream / PPBE to join our team supporting a major Department of the Navy financial management transformation. The ideal candidate will work within a cross-functional Kearney-led team implementing an enterprise OneStream-based budget formulation capability across multiple Navy Budget Submitting Offices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 8 years of relevant financial systems/financial transformation experience
• Federal financial management or PPBE experience
• Demonstrated experience implementing OneStream or comparable EPM technology
• Experience translating business requirements into functional system design
• Strong facilitation and documentation skills
• Ability to be onsite 2-3 days a week in Alexandria, VA and Washington, DC
• Must have an active Secret Clearance (or higher, such as Secret, Top Secret or TS/SCI) to be considered for this role (requires U.S. citizenship)

• Experience designing enterprise solutions supporting multiple organizations/business units

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise functional design across five Navy BSOs
• Translate PPBE requirements into OneStream workflows, forms, business rules, dimensions, reporting, and functional specifications
• Establish common enterprise requirements and govern BSO-specific configuration
• Facilitate functional design and solution sessions
• Partner with OneStream architects and developers to ensure configuration reflects approved business requirements
• Maintain requirements-to-design traceability
• Review prototypes and configured capabilities
• Support testing, UAT, defect resolution, and deployment readiness
• Prevent unnecessary customization and promote reusable enterprise configuration
