About The Position
The Co-Op will perform assigned duties and responsibilities in a department or division that they have an interest in pursuing as a career. They will perform daily tasks and work on special projects for their direct manager and team. Opportunities are typically offered in the following business segments: Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Audit, Risk, IT, Human Resources, and Marketing.
Requirements
- High School diploma and 3.0 overall GPA
- 0-1 years experience
Responsibilities
- Collaborate directly with hiring manager to set goals and monitor progress.
- Establish working relationships with a variety of functional areas across the company.
- Support organization and department initiatives as assigned by sponsoring manager.
- Provide recommendations for improved department and company efficiency.
- Work both independently and as a part of a team with professionals at all levels.
