About The Position

The Enterprise Events & Audio Visual Production Manager is a strategic, hands‑on leader responsible for delivering high‑impact corporate events, executive broadcasts, and large‑scale hybrid experiences across the enterprise. This role operates in a high‑visibility, fast‑paced environment, ensuring seamless technical execution for events that reach employees, customers, and stakeholders across the organization. The manager oversees a specialized team of A/V professionals, driving excellence in system design, live event production, collaboration technologies, and executive‑level support. The ideal candidate combines deep A/V engineering expertise, exceptional leadership, and the ability to perform under pressure—ensuring every event, message, and moment lands with precision and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant A/V or production experience; or 9+ years of experience in lieu of degree
  • 5+ years managing A/V engineering or technical production teams in a high‑visibility or enterprise environment
  • Proven experience designing and supporting complex A/V systems, including control systems (Crestron, Extron), IP‑based A/V, and broadcast‑grade technology
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and hybrid collaboration platforms
  • Strong understanding of acoustics, signal flow, networking, live event production, and multimedia integration.
  • Calm under pressure—able to troubleshoot and lead during live, high‑stakes moments
  • Rapid decision‑making with the confidence to adjust platforms, routing, and workflows in real time
  • Executive presence, professionalism, and the ability to represent the team with credibility

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end‑to‑end technical execution of enterprise‑wide events, executive broadcasts, town halls, and large‑scale hybrid experiences
  • Partner closely with Executive Communications, IT, and Event Production teams to ensure flawless integration of content, technology, and audience engagement
  • Direct technical operations during live events, making rapid, high‑stakes decisions to resolve issues and maintain broadcast continuity
  • Oversee streaming, recording, switching, and routing across multiple platforms including Teams, Zoom, and high‑end production environments
  • Architect, design, and maintain complex A/V systems that support executive broadcast studios, conference environments, hybrid workspaces, and corporate events
  • Implement IP‑based A/V, control systems (Crestron, Extron), and multimedia technology to deliver cutting‑edge experiences
  • Drive continuous improvement across platforms, workflows, and system integrations to keep pace with industry advancements
  • Manage, coach, and mentor a high‑performing A/V engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence
  • Delegate tasks effectively, anticipate resource needs for major events, and ensure team readiness for rapid‑response situations
  • Provide technical leadership and support growth pathways for emerging A/V talent
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to executive leaders, delivering high‑touch support with professionalism, discretion, and poise
  • Communicate complex technical information clearly and succinctly, ensuring executive stakeholders receive timely, solutions‑focused updates
  • Maintain confidentiality when supporting sensitive discussions, briefings, and executive communications
  • Oversee daily maintenance and quality checks of A/V systems, conference rooms, studios, and event spaces to ensure operational readiness
  • Document engineering processes, event workflows, troubleshooting procedures, and system configurations
  • Identify operational risks, develop contingency plans, and ensure redundant systems are in place for mission‑critical events
