About The Position

Stripe is seeking to engage a qualified contractor to provide demand generation expertise for the Enterprise segment in North America through the remainder of 2026. This engagement will support demand generation campaigns targeting enterprise greenfield P0 industries and existing customer programs. We are looking to source an experienced demand generation professional with a proven track record in B2B Enterprise marketing within complex organizations.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of non-internship professional experience building and executing B2B demand generation campaigns
  • Proven experience in developing and executing enterprise and industry-specific marketing campaigns
  • Proven track record of defining and executing programs with a wide range of cross-functional stakeholders that deliver against funnel metrics and KPI
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information and communicate it clearly
  • Self-managing and proactive: We need someone who can operate independently in Stripe’s dynamic environment
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity: The ability to build, adapt, and maintain positive momentum is key for this role
  • 2+ years of working in a larger, complex organizations

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in Tech, especially FinTech
  • Experience building scaling net new programs with an eye toward repeatability and efficiency.
  • Experience driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead regional strategy for select industries and the install base marketing campaigns to drive demand for Stripe in AMER.
  • Present plans and progress to the broader business in collaboration with internal demand gen team members.
  • Coordinate with key partnership within the marketing organization, including participating in the industry and enterprise global campaign rhythm.
  • Work within the AMER marketing team, including regional demand generation channel leads and regional industry field marketers, to build and optimize integrated campaigns.
  • Oversee execution of campaign tactics and messaging across multiple channels, including online events, email, paid media, and direct mail.
  • Track pipeline results, compile campaign performance reporting for stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement through data-informed optimizations. This includes a bi-weekly performance write-up and monthly sales calls
  • Coordinate closely with sales and sales development teams to monitor pipeline health and ensure seamless handoff of marketing-qualified leads.
