  • Exceptional program and project management skills with the ability to organize ambiguity and keep multiple high-visibility workstreams moving simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive accountability across teams without direct authority.
  • Strong business judgment with an understanding of how pricing, contracting, staffing, scope, approvals, and delivery decisions impact enterprise sales outcomes.
  • Excellent executive communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear priorities, risks, and next steps.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs, identify gaps, and solve problems before they become blockers.
  • Experience designing or improving operational processes, playbooks, templates, and scalable ways of working.
  • Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where priorities shift quickly and no two enterprise deals look the same.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience partnering directly with executive leaders on high-stakes initiatives is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, project management tools, Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, and AI productivity tools used to improve visibility and reduce administrative work.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders to resolve challenges related to pricing, contracting, staffing, scope, approvals, and delivery readiness while escalating issues thoughtfully when executive decisions are needed.
  • Build clear operating rhythms around every opportunity through deal trackers, action logs, timelines, decision logs, and executive-ready status updates.
  • Facilitate meetings, document key decisions, and ensure owners remain accountable for moving work forward.
  • Identify recurring friction across enterprise deals and transform those learnings into scalable processes.
  • Design and improve templates, checklists, playbooks, and operating procedures that make complex opportunities easier to execute while creating consistency across future deals.
