About The Position

Enterprise Data & Analytics Data Architect to lead the technical direction of our Enterprise Data & Analytics team. In this strategic role, you’ll guide the design, scalability, and performance of our data platforms—both on-prem and in the cloud—while mentoring a talented team of developers and data professionals. Requirements

Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
8–10 years in OLAP/OLTP database engineering and design
8+ years with SSIS or Azure Data Factory for ETL
8+ years with SSRS and Power BI for enterprise reporting
Deep expertise in SQL Server (2016+) and Azure data services
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Nice To Haves

Experience with Python, PowerShell, C#, .NET, and web/data science development.

Responsibilities

Set the technical vision for our data systems using Microsoft’s stack—SQL Server, SSIS/ADF, SSRS, Power BI—and Azure cloud services.
Spearhead the migration and transformation of legacy systems to Azure, leveraging tools like Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse, and Apache Spark.
Support and coach developers, data engineers, and BI professionals to elevate team performance.
Design robust data models, develop efficient ETL pipelines, and create intuitive dashboards and reports.
Oversee code reviews, source control, and deployment processes to maintain high standards and system integrity.
Provide hands-on support for production systems, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
Keep up with the latest trends in data engineering, BI, cloud computing, and decision intelligence.
