About The Position

Provide technical project management support for multiple cross-portfolio cybersecurity projects from kickoff through completion, with a focus on managing projects in Jira. Review project scope to ensure all potential cybersecurity impacts are addressed. Assemble cross-functional project teams including technical and subject matter experts, collect and translate business requirements into project tasks and schedule, assign action items, and track progress within Jira. Leverage an understanding of cybersecurity technologies, tools, and processes to ensure all areas of scope are adequately addressed. Develop, enforce, and track project and implementation timelines in Jira while balancing competing demands of engaged resources. Apply technical leadership, conflict resolution, and risk mitigation techniques to resolve implementation, deployment, and operational transition issues for all stakeholders. Identify and resolve potential technical execution gaps and serve as the trusted resource for overcoming delivery challenges throughout project execution. Proactively address challenging issues that arise during the project lifecycle including resource- and time-constrained situations. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, including waterfall and Agile in a cybersecurity or IT environment, including schedule, risk, and scope management
  • 5+ years of experience with supporting technical cybersecurity projects
  • 3+ years of experience as Agile Scrum Master supporting multiple projects and teams
  • 3+ years of experience with Agile frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban
  • 3+ years of experience using project management software such as Jira, including management of releases and versions, creation of dashboards, roadmaps, and dependency maps, and portfolio management
  • Experience interfacing directly with senior leadership and providing executive summaries and narratives
  • Experience developing and managing executive-level documentation, reports, whitepapers, proposals, and briefings
  • Ability to lead discussions and reach consensus among various stakeholders to conduct strategic planning, define business objectives, prioritize goals, and mitigate risks
  • Bachelor's degree
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or CompTIA Security+ Certification
  • U.S. citizenship is required.

  • Experience with cyber technologies, cyber tool capabilities, and cyber operations teams, including Zero Trust and Data Protection strategies
  • Experience with integrating complex applications into large, complicated environments
  • Experience identifying security-related gaps in environments and implementing solutions to close those gaps
  • Experience with ServiceNow or Smartsheet
  • Experience in a cybersecurity architecture, compliance, operations, engineering, or program or project management leadership role
  • Experience selecting and implementing security tools and capabilities for large, complex organizations
  • Experience with innovative and next-gen cybersecurity products and capabilities
  • Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP) Certification
