About The Position

As a member of the Enterprise Cybersecurity (ECS) Cyber Logistics and Operations (CLO) team, you are passionate about outcomes and supporting a forward-leaning development team. You will be a key operational leader responsible for driving operational excellence and ensuring seamless execution of program objectives. This role requires exceptional judgment, keen attention to detail, the ability to operate autonomously, and the foresight to anticipate and resolve challenges before they arise in a fast-paced cybersecurity environment. You will serve as a trusted partner to ECS leadership by managing action priorities, preparing executive-level communications and briefings, and overseeing core business operations. You will lead process improvement efforts, document and optimize standard operating procedures, and drive consistency across audit response, vendor operations, personnel workflows, communications channels, purchasing, and financial management activities. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in operations management, developing and executing core business functions with a quality and efficiency mindset, including a focus on automation
  • Experience in project management, including schedule, scope, and risk
  • Experience with operational excellence frameworks to define, develop, improve, and document standard operating procedures
  • Experience with purchasing and finance, including budget reconciliation, variance analysis, and forecasting
  • Experience managing end-to-end, multi-departmental workflows and approvals
  • Ability to automate processes using AI tools and “out of the box” automation and reporting tools such as Power Automate, SharePoint, Excel, Smartsheet, Jira, or Microsoft Planner
  • Ability to apply strict attention to detail to manage competing priorities, proactively identify risks early, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership to drive execution
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams to effectively interface with all levels of management
  • Ability to develop and manage strategic, executive-level documentation, reports, and briefings
  • Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate findings mitigation for internal audits.
  • Develop and maintain vendor management tools.
  • Manage action items by leveraging productivity tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Planner, for tracking, follow-up, and escalation management.
  • Support purchasing, accounting, and financial tracking activities.
  • Develop and optimize SOPs and automate repeatable business processes.
  • Lead development of ECS communications to ensure consistent messaging.
