About The Position

Cyber threats are everywhere, and the constantly evolving nature of these threats can make understanding them seem overwhelming to our customers. In all of this “cyber noise”, how can organizations understand their risks and how to mitigate them? The answer is a Cybersecurity Analyst like you who will break down complex threats into manageable plans of action. As a Cybersecurity Analyst on our team, you’ll use your experience to work with our Navy client to discover their cyber risks, understand applicable policies, and develop a mitigation plan. You’ll review technical and personnel details to assess the entire threat landscape. Then, you’ll guide your client through a plan of action with presentations, whitepapers, and milestones. Join us. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience preparing, implementing, and ensuring compliance with cybersecurity policy, including Assessment and Authorization requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in support of an enterprise hosting environment either on-premises or in the cloud, supporting multiple interconnected systems and enterprise-managed services
  • Experience planning, implementing, upgrading, or monitoring cybersecurity measures to improve cyber defense and maintain a cyber-resilient network
  • Knowledge of DoD Zero Trust and CSSP requirements
  • Ability to assess cybersecurity vulnerabilities for risks, and propose and implement remediation actions or risk mitigation strategies using DoD tools and capabilities for vulnerability assessments and compliance reporting, including ACAS, STIGs, SRGs, SCAP, XCCDF, and HBSS
  • Ability to ensure appropriate security controls are in place to safeguard digital files and electronic infrastructure
  • Ability to respond to computer security breaches to re-establish protections and make required reports
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, CS, or Mathematics
  • Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II Certification such as CompTIA Security+ Certification
