Role Overview The Enterprise CAM is the primary commercial owner of PointFive’s enterprise accounts. They own the full post-sale lifecycle: onboarding coordination, activation, renewals, expansion, and overall Net Revenue Retention (NRR). This role carries a quarterly-adjusted NRR quota and operates in complex enterprise environments with multi-threaded stakeholders, procurement processes, and technically informed buying teams. This role reports directly into our Chief Revenue Officer.
