About The Position

LocalStack is a fast-growing Series A startup building a local cloud development platform that helps software teams ship reliable, high-quality applications faster and at lower cost. Its secure local sandboxes simulate cloud environments so developers and AI agents can identify and resolve risks outside the cloud. Customers range from small and midsize businesses to Global Fortune 500 companies. LocalStack is headquartered in Zurich, has an engineering office in Vienna, and employs remote team members across 25 countries. The Enterprise CSM will manage an enterprise customer portfolio, support onboarding and adoption, and help customers realize value from LocalStack. The role focuses on maintaining strong retention, forecasting renewals, expanding usage into engineering workflows, and identifying opportunities to grow accounts. The CSM will collaborate with Technical Account Managers, Account Executives, and Product, while contributing to the development of customer success playbooks and KPIs.
