About The Position

LocalStack is a fast-growing Series A startup building cutting-edge technology to revolutionize cloud development processes and support highly efficient dev&test feedback loops. We are looking for an Enterprise CSM to join our globally distributed team. LocalStack provides secure local sandboxes that simulate cloud environments, enabling AI agents and software developers to find and fix risks faster and more effectively than they can in the cloud. Our customer base ranges from SMBs to Global Fortune 500 companies, including NASA, Harness, IBM, Workday, Comcast, Apple, 3M, and Block. We are sustainably growing our globally distributed teams across GTM, operations, and engineering, and continue to grow across all areas.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success or account management at a SaaS company, preferably in developer tooling or DevOps-focused SaaS, 2+ years managing enterprise clients
  • Experience managing a book of 20-30 accounts, working with stakeholders from individual engineers to engineering managers and directors.
  • Has led renewals through procurement end to end, including commercial terms, pricing conversations and negotiation, with a solid grasp of the commercial side of the role.
  • Track record of strong retention (e.g., GRR) and growing customer adoption.
  • Technically curious and able to engage credibly with engineering teams; familiar with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD workflows and developer tooling concepts (no coding required).
  • Uses AI tools such as Claude to accelerate the productivity in day-to-day work (without AI slop). Familiar with HubSpot or other CRM platforms, and open to piloting new AI and CS tooling as we evaluate it.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain GRR >90% across their book, with renewals forecast accurately and risks flagged and addressed well ahead of renewal.
  • Take on a full book of accounts and onboard new customers quickly, so the team has capacity to support both new and existing customers.
  • Move customers from basic to advanced usage, such as CI integration and Cloud Pods, with LocalStack embedded in their engineering workflows.
  • Grow accounts organically by identifying new teams and use cases, including Azure and Snowflake, and driving adoption of new product releases.
  • Run each account with a clear success plan and work in step with the TAM, AE and Product, while helping refine our playbooks and KPIs.

Benefits

  • Fully remote
  • Competitive salary
  • Private medical and 401k
  • Annual company retreat
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Friendly and inclusive workplace culture (community guilds and online company events)
