The Enterprise Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring that PFC and its personnel maintain full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulatory requirements governing operations. This role oversees licensing, mandatory certifications, background checks, training records, and adherence to applicable security regulations. The Enterprise Compliance Officer maintains accurate records, monitors regulatory changes, conducts internal compliance reviews, and works closely and proactively with management to always ensure operational readiness and adherence to all licensing and certification compliance. This is a new role within our organization and is an in-office position at our Las Vegas headquarters.
