About The Position

As a Enterprise Capabilities (EC) Payment Data Analyst, you'll support enterprise payment and digital initiatives through data analysis, reporting, and insight generation for new products and enhancements; serves as a Functional SME with deep understanding of business processes, change impacts, and end user behavior; partners closely with QA, operations, product, leadership, PMs, IT, and vendors to drive data informed testing and delivery. Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for payment and digital initiatives; translate needs into clear system and functional requirements. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and insights to support forecasting, capacity planning, and decision making Facilitate working sessions with stakeholders and SMEs to drive decisions, confirm scope, challenge assumptions when appropriate, and achieve planned outcomes. Support the full project lifecycle through development, testing, and implementation; plan and lead business testing with QA and SMEs, and validate results against requirements and user expectations. Own smaller-scale efforts or a defined workstream on larger initiatives as functional lead; manage timelines and task lists, and provide regular status and summary communications to stakeholders. Partner with SMEs, IT, and vendors to triage issues, support troubleshooting, and drive decisions on required changes and prioritization when outcomes or test results do not meet expectations. Analyze and help optimize payment processes; apply working knowledge of payment rails/clearing methods (e.g., Fedwire, ACH, RTP, Zelle) and standards (e.g., ISO 20022) to inform requirements, testing scenarios, and issue resolution.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of related experience in Treasury Management Service, Treasury Management Service or similar field.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
  • Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
  • Intermediate knowledge in banking or financial services operations domain, experience writing business requirements working with subject matter expertise.
  • Intermediate experience with Data Analysis tools (e.g. SQL, Excel) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and presenting findings from large datasets in clear, actionable way.
  • Intermediate Experience in documenting workflows, processes, functional designs, and managing a timeline/project task list and testing/implementation effort.
  • Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Payments knowledge to include payment types (ACH, Wires, SWIFT, RTP, Digital Assets, Zelle platform); ISO 20022 and file transfer protocol (FTP/SFTP) and API banking (helpful).
