Finance Technology Solutions – Enterprise Business Planning (EBP) Project Analyst
About The Position
The Enterprise Business Planning Project Analyst serves as a key member of the EBP Gen Next Project that seeks to modernize the underlying technologies that enable our enterprise business planning processes. The project is currently in phase 1/phase 2 and is assessing the minimum functional objectives to modernize and enable our workflows with the goal of enhancing automation and efficiency, reducing manual efforts and enabling AI capabilities, faster scenario planning and integrated data capabilities. We are expecting the project to move to Phase 3 in 2H26 followed by an implementation phase. The project is anticipated to take 2-3 years. The Project Analyst is expected to be dedicated to the project across all phases of the project, managing key workstreams, stakeholder communications and change management.
Requirements
- Strong financial analysis, planning, and reporting capabilities
- Experience working with financial systems and data (e.g., ERP, planning tools, dashboards)
- Project management skills on different phases of digital projects
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Finance and planning experience
Responsibilities
- Serve as a key member of the EBP Gen Next project team responsible for stakeholder engagements, framing sessions, analysis and assessment leading to the formulation of the Minimum Functional Objectives recommendations.
- Participate in Phase 3 efforts involving technology assessments, RFI and RFP processes, and potential vendor and System Implementor selection.
- Manage key workstreams, stakeholder communications, and change management throughout all phases of the project.
