TapMango is seeking a driven and strategic Enterprise Business Development Representative (BDR) to pioneer our growing mid-market sales motion. In this role, you'll be responsible for generating high-quality pipeline by engaging senior decision makers at multi-location brands across restaurants, retail, health & beauty, and fitness. This is not a high-volume, spray-and-pray outbound role. You'll focus on thoughtful, personalized outreach and meaningful conversations with real operators who care about customer retention, repeat visits, and revenue growth. This position starts as hybrid: 2 days per week in our office at Yonge & Sheppard, Toronto. As you ramp up and hit your stride, the role is expected to transition to fully remote within 6 months to 1 year.
