About The Position

The ad sales team is responsible for the advertising vision, development and growth of our largest advertising partnerships. This team was formed in 2021, and is seeking additional team members to build an industry-leading ads and promotions business across DoorDash’s core categories. The growing DoorDash ads business will quickly become the single best place for merchants and brands to market to local customers, in an ecosystem that benefits all parties. As an Enterprise Associate - Ad Sales, you will manage, execute, and improve processes that accelerate growth of our ads and promotions offering and drive efficiency of our sales team. In this role, you will execute campaign contracts, setup, and billing while also analyzing reporting to drive campaign performance. You will work hand in hand with the Account Executive and clients to ensure seamless launch of all marketing campaigns. You will also work cross-functionally with account management, legal, revenue and accounting, and partner management teams to improve our tools and processes. Partner with multiple stakeholders to learn, streamline, and improve our processes and tools. Grow advertiser value and sustainable revenue for DoorDash by optimizing campaign delivery and performance. Drive efficiency and productivity by executing campaign contracts, managing campaign setup, and ensuring timely invoicing and payment.

Requirements

  • 4-year college degree.
  • 2+ years of experience in Ad operations, Performance Marketing, Marketing Operations, Digital Advertising, or Sales Operations.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, GSuite, and Slack
  • Ability and aptitude for learning new concepts, programs, and technical tools on the job
  • Extremely organized, have exceptional attention to detail, and can balance multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously. Consistently meets deadlines and thoroughly follow process.
  • Analytical and familiar with advertising goals and KPIs. Motivated by data-driven problem solving and have excellent Excel / data analysis skills.
  • Excels at communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, positive, and a team player.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity. Rapid change and learning is exciting to you, and you thrive in ambiguous, startup environments.
  • Passion for data, operations, and customer service, and are ready for a new challenge.
