About The Position

At Accenture Federal Services, the Enterprise Asset Management Lead will lead the development, implementation, and ongoing management of comprehensive asset inventories across on-premise and cloud environments in a large, complex enterprise. The role oversees asset classification, prioritization, and lifecycle management, integrating cybersecurity considerations throughout each phase. The Lead will collaborate with cybersecurity teams on vulnerability management, configuration management, and risk assessments, and ensure asset data is integrated into security operations, incident response, and compliance initiatives. The position supports regulatory compliance efforts, including FISMA, NIST, and ISO 27001 frameworks, and audit preparation and participation. It calls for expertise in IT Asset Management (ITAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), particularly in a leadership or managerial capacity. The role also involves evaluating, implementing, and managing asset management tools; integrating asset data into security and risk management frameworks such as NIST RMF and CSF; and developing and tracking asset-management KPIs and metrics using data analysis and reporting tools. A Secret clearance and one or more relevant certifications are required.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or a related field.
5–7 years of progressive experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).
3–5 years of experience in a lead or managerial capacity overseeing asset-management programs in a large, complex enterprise environment.
Demonstrated experience developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive inventories of on-premise and cloud-based assets.
Proven experience with asset classification, prioritization, and lifecycle management that integrates cybersecurity considerations.
Experience collaborating with cybersecurity teams on vulnerability management, configuration management, and risk assessments.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks such as FISMA, NIST, and ISO 27001, and with supporting audits.
Expert-level knowledge of IT Asset Management principles, best practices, and methodologies, such as ITIL and ISO 19700.
Secret clearance.
One or more relevant certifications, such as CITAM, CSAM, ITIL, CISSP, or CISM.
Proficiency in software licensing models, compliance, and optimization strategies.
Deep understanding of hardware, software, and cloud asset lifecycles.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with leading ITAM/EAM platforms and CMDB solutions such as ServiceNow, Flexera, Ivanti, and BMC.
Experience with asset discovery tools and techniques for network, endpoint, and cloud environments.
Familiarity with automation concepts and scripting for asset data collection and reconciliation.
Familiarity with secure configuration baselines.
Experience using Excel, Power BI, and Tableau for data analysis and reporting.
