About The Position

Daikin Applied is seeking a talented and eager Enterprise Architect to support field service management and OTC systems. The Enterprise Architect (EA) will be responsible for articulating the organization’s current and desirable business architecture, business processes, capabilities, and data assets. The ideal candidate will consistently promote cohesive alignment between strategy, operations, and technology, and develop a clear technology path for business value delivery and data-driven decision-making. Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of IT application solution experience with high-level problem solving and technical project management or equivalent combination of education and 8+ years' experience required.
  • Experience managing and successfully implementing complex application solutions producing highly reliable, high volume application infrastructures with high quality documentation for the support of such systems.
  • Capability to recommend and lead the implementation of new designs and processes for enterprise-level IT applications, within a global business.
  • Experience with communicating IT vision and strategy to IT and Business Leaders.
  • Broad experience with emerging industry and IT trends.

Nice To Haves

  • Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
  • IFS, Astea Alliance, or other major Field Service Management experience.

Responsibilities

  • Define, maintain, and evolve the enterprise capability model that aligns with business strategy.
  • Map capabilities to strategic goals, identify maturity gaps and investment priorities.
  • Establish capability-based planning to guide funding and transformation initiatives.
  • Design and maintain end-to-end business process models across value streams.
  • Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities.
  • Drive process standardization and continuous improvement.
  • Define enterprise data domains, models, and information flows.
  • Support analytics, AI, and data-driven decision-making initiatives.
  • Map value streams and align them with capabilities and processes.
  • Ensure traceability from strategy to execution.
  • Support ERP and FSM digital transformation initiatives.
  • Drive process digitization and integration strategies.
