About The Position

This position serves as a functional and enterprise-level subject matter expert, providing consultative support that bridges the customer's business and technical communities. The role requires understanding the technical environment well enough to engage credibly with subject matter experts (SMEs) and support the creation of architecture models and strategic roadmaps. A key aspect of this role is developing and maintaining documentation that captures institutional knowledge, translating undocumented processes into formal artifacts. The Enterprise Architect will build and maintain a working understanding of the customer's organizational structure, develop and maintain the enterprise Roadmap, and oversee the development of architecture assessments. This role also involves maintaining and communicating enterprise standards, developing and maintaining the IT Capability Inventory and License Register, analyzing enterprise information to identify dependencies, and interpreting existing enterprise models to inform recommendations. A working understanding of the business side, including budgeting and acquisition processes, is necessary for effective coordination, though direct execution is not part of the role.

  • Master's degree and 12 years of relevant experience (or equivalent substitution per the contract's Education Substitution Table).
