About The Position

We’re looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect to play a critical role in shaping the future-state architecture of a complex, evolving enterprise environment. This is a high-impact, senior individual contributor role that influences enterprise technology decisions, defines target-state architectures and standards, and helps modernize and simplify a diverse technology landscape. The role works across infrastructure, platforms, integration, and core capabilities, partnering with senior stakeholders to drive practical, scalable, and secure solutions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in enterprise, solution, or infrastructure architecture (or similar senior technical roles)
  • Experience developing architecture standards, roadmaps, and reference designs
  • Strong background in one or more areas: Cloud platforms, Infrastructure, Integration / APIs, Enterprise platforms
  • Experience working across teams and influencing without direct authority
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

Nice To Haves

  • TOGAF or similar enterprise architecture certification
  • Cloud certification (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Experience in complex or regulated environments (e.g., healthcare)

Responsibilities

  • Define enterprise architecture standards, roadmaps, and reference architectures.
  • Participate in architecture governance and design reviews for key initiatives.
  • Evaluate technologies and recommend solutions aligned to business goals.
  • Identify opportunities to modernize systems, reduce technical debt, and simplify complexity.
  • Partner with engineering, security, infrastructure, and business teams to guide solution design.
  • Influence decisions through clear trade-offs, risk analysis, and pragmatic recommendations.

Benefits

  • Annual Compensation: $165,000 - $185,000 DOE
