About The Position

Venture Global LNG (“Venture Global”) is a long-term, low-cost provider of American-produced liquefied natural gas. The company’s two Louisiana-based export projects service the global demand for North American natural gas and support the long-term development of clean and reliable North American energy supplies. Using reliable, proven technology in an innovative plant design configuration, Venture Global’s modular, mid-scale plant design will replace traditional designs as it allows for the same efficiency and operational reliability at significantly lower capital cost.

Requirements

• Manage user roles, permissions, and security to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure continuous system availability.
• Collaborate with business users and software vendors.
• Implement application upgrades and integrations.
• Support the deployment of new modules.
• Develop user guides and SOPs.
• Support change management.
• Participate in audits and system testing.
• Contribute to application projects from requirements gathering through execution.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Operations, IT, and third-party suppliers.
• Adhere to established procurement and SDLC/change management practices.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and administer the company’s enterprise applications, including managing user roles, permissions, and security to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure continuous system availability.
• Collaborate with business users and software vendors to drive process improvements, implement application upgrades and integrations, and support the deployment of new modules.
• Develop user guides and SOPs, support change management, participate in audits and system testing, and contribute to application projects from requirements gathering through execution.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Operations, IT, and third-party suppliers, adhering to established procurement and SDLC/change management practices.
