About The Position

The Enterprise Applications Administrator is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and security of the company’s ERP, enterprise applications, and related systems. This position ensures system reliability, provides user support, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and support business goals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years supporting integrated ERP systems such as Agility, Epicor, Infor, P21, or BisTrack.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the capability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in an Applications Administrator role or a comparable position.
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of enterprise-level applications and their functionalities.
  • Proven proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving within application environments.
  • Superior documentation skills for creating comprehensive guides and procedural documents.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 3+ years supporting enterprise applications or ERP systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools.
  • Background in the distribution industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid understanding of best practices in application security and compliance, ensuring that all enterprise applications adhere to relevant regulatory standards.
  • Demonstrated expertise in utilizing and integrating cloud-based solutions, particularly with platforms such as Smartsheet or equivalent project management tools, to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
  • ERP and enterprise application administration proficiency.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaboration and communication across departments.
  • Continuous improvement and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Configure, update, and maintain enterprise applications, including ERP (Agility).
  • Administer, secure, and optimize ERP and enterprise application environments to ensure system reliability.
  • Provide user support, issue troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
  • Document configurations, changes, and user access for audit readiness.
  • Partner with acquisition and onboarding teams to ensure timely ERP setup.
  • Review ERP and enterprise application release notes, identify potential impacts, and coordinate testing.
  • Manage ERP and enterprise application security groups and evaluate implications of access changes.
  • Generate reports and analytics to support operational decision-making.
