As a member of the Enterprise Applications Team, this role is responsible for the configuration, security, maintenance, troubleshooting, optimization, and expansion of EFCO’s enterprise application portfolio, which can span ERP, CRM, and HCM platforms. Operating within a pooled support model, each administrator on the team maintains primary ownership of a specific platform while also providing backup support for all applications. The role requires technical proficiency, a systems-oriented mindset, collaboration, and should be passionate about helping the business maximize the value from its systems.
