About The Position

The Enterprise AI Feature Engineer will assist with the implementation, integration, and operations of Google Gemini for Gov, M365 Copilot, and ChatGPT Gov Enterprise offerings within Accenture Federal Services. This role supports secure, scalable, and compliant deployment of these platforms, aligning with federal standards and organizational objectives. The Enterprise AI Feature Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and AFS Leadership to help deliver high-quality, scalable, and innovative AI-based applications. The project includes procurement, NIST 800-171 security approvals handled by the operations team, Entra ID SSO integration, logging integration, user feedback collection, and operational readiness with dedicated support resources. This role requires assisting in solving technical problems, applying existing methods, and learning new approaches to support successful implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree Required
• US Citizenship required
• Proven experience in enterprise AI platform deployment and integration.
• Experience with at least one of the following enterprise AI tools: Google Gemini for Gov M365 Copilot ChatGPT Gov
• Understanding of federal security standards and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST 800-171).
• Cloud-based infrastructure, identity management, and secure system design.
• Proficiency in programming and scripting for automation and integration tasks.
• Knowledge of data management
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Willingness to learn and continuously expand knowledge

Responsibilities

• Manage Licensing Process
• Manage application configuration
• Manage features against FedRAMP approved services
• Help identify and resolve technical issues and dependencies throughout the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with team to ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security protocols.
• Contribute to documentation and knowledge-sharing for operational readiness.
• Continuously learn and stay informed about AI technologies and industry practices.
