About The Position

The Enterprise Agile Lead supports the Defense Logistics Agency’s (DLA) Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE), a complex, large-scale system being evolved into a high-performing, commercially aligned enterprise platform. The broader transformation includes sustaining the system, refactoring legacy code, advancing Development, Security, and Operations (DevSecOps) practices, and strategically applying Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to optimize the Procure to Pay lifecycle. The Enterprise Agile Lead establishes and coaches the Agile operating model across PIEE product teams. The role aligns Government priorities, delivery cadence, cross-team dependencies, and performance measures while preserving Government product ownership and team-level accountability. The position is based in CGI’s Fairfax, Virginia office, with a hybrid working model acceptable.
