About The Position

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Enterprise Account Manager to manage and grow some of LucidLink's most valuable customer accounts. The mission of this role is to create lasting, impactful relationships with the Enterprise (1000+ employee) customer base, with the primary goal of driving net retained revenue (NRR) through renewals and customer upsells. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in relationship building and demonstrate a strong business owner mentality.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with software-as-a-service (SaaS) business models and customer lifecycle.
  • Proven track record in building strong client relationships and delivering customer value – in sales, customer success, customer service, or another client-facing role.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, support, and technical teams to drive customer success.
  • A business owner and “lifelong learner" mindset with the ability to adapt to change and deliver results in a fast-paced, growing company.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve a minimum of 90% retention rate for both logo retention and revenue retention within 12 to 18 months.
  • Reach an expansion revenue target of approximately 135% of the existing customer base, subject to final approval.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships through meetings, syncs, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of your customers' business (operating rhythm, key stakeholders, business objectives, etc) to ensure the value of LucidLink's products are fully realized.
  • Leverage data and analytics to anticipate churn before it happens and providing solution that earn our customers' business year after year.
