We’re looking for a strategic and relationship-driven Enterprise Account Manager to join our growing Customer Success team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the long-term success, retention, and expansion of a portfolio of enterprise clients. You’ll operate as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, using a consultative approach to uncover new opportunities, drive commercial growth, and deepen partnerships across the client organization. This is not your typical post-sales role—our Enterprise Account Managers are strategic thinkers, revenue drivers, and relationship builders. You’ll work closely with Customer Success, Product, and Implementation to ensure that Venn becomes an embedded, indispensable solution for our clients.
