About The Position

Our team operates in over 45 countries, assisting more than 1,000 clients monthly in expanding into new markets and territories. We build scalable and profitable new business channels for our partners due to the transparent ROI of our service. The Austin-based team is specifically tasked with growing our American business by expanding our client base in line with the overall MVF strategy. The Enterprise Account Managers at MVF are crucial for driving growth by identifying, establishing, and nurturing our most significant and valuable client relationships. Successful EAMs possess expert-level product knowledge within our operating industries and are adept at building long-term, trusted relationships with C-Level Decision Makers. In this Account Management role, each EAM will, with the support of the wider US Leadership Team, define and develop their strategy to expand their portfolio of active clients over time.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of performing against a quota of managing and growing clients
  • Deep understanding of enterprise account management and complex deal negotiations
  • Excellent internal and external stakeholder management
  • Strategic mindset to contribute to our ever-evolving strategies
  • Passion for using data as a means of creating compelling upsell propositions
  • Willingness to listen to and take-on feedback from the team around you

Responsibilities

  • Representing MVF in front of our largest, most valuable, international clients
  • Working strategically with clients and internal leadership to create and develop clear plans for long-term growth
  • Identifying revenue opportunities across existing clients
  • Collaborating internally to ensure campaigns are optimized for client success and MVF profitability
