Enterprise Account Manager

PermitFlow
•$215,000 - $250,000

About The Position

PermitFlow is hiring an Enterprise Account Manager to own the commercial relationship for a portfolio of its largest builders, contractors, developers, and multi-brand home-services platforms. The role carries a quota and responsibility for renewals, upsell, cross-sell, new-product and business-unit expansion, converting customer outcomes into retained and expanded revenue. The Account Manager becomes the named commercial owner once an account clears its opt-out window; Implementation handles onboarding and go-live, Operations manages the day-to-day operating cadence, and Customer Success owns account health and adoption. The role owns an enterprise book of business valued at $6M+ and leads renewals from strategy through close, while developing and closing expansion opportunities across products, business units, geographies, brands, and volume tiers. It builds multi-year account plans and executive relationships, translates operational results into ROI narratives, and maintains forecasts, CRM records, and close plans. The position also partners with internal teams and helps establish PermitFlow’s Account Management playbook. Travel is approximately 20% as needed for customer meetings, executive reviews, industry events, and portfolio-company headquarters visits.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in enterprise Account Management, expansion sales, or a comparable quota-carrying post-sale role.
  • Personally managed a $5M+ book of business and can demonstrate GRR, NRR, renewal, and expansion performance.

  • Ability to source, qualify, price, negotiate, and close expansion opportunities directly.
  • Ability to build executive relationships and communicate credibly with both C-suite leaders and field-level stakeholders.
  • Strategic and analytical ability to connect usage and outcomes to financial impact, risk, pricing, and a multi-year growth thesis.
  • Forecast discipline, including clear stages, close plans, renewal timelines, and accurate commits.
  • Ability to create clarity and momentum across Sales, Customer Success, Product, Solutions, Support, Legal, Finance, and Revenue Operations.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in construction technology, PropTech, field-service software, home services, or another operationally complex vertical is strongly preferred.
  • Experience helping establish or scale an Account Management function and its operating model.

  • Own renewal and expansion forecasting, CRM hygiene, next steps, and close plans.
  • Partner with Implementation, Operations, and Customer Success on onboarding, operating cadence, account health, adoption, and risk signals while maintaining a clear commercial role.
