We are seeking a results-oriented, and strategic Account Manager who is laser-focused on developing a portfolio of Enterprise customers, hunting for net new business. You will be accountable for customer relationship, subscription, contracts renewal and for generating additional revenue for all our offering: additional modules, professional services, business process outsourcing. With strong communication and negotiation skills, you will conduct contract renewal discussions and negotiations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a related field (US/Canada Market).
  • Autonomous, rigorous, and able to manage a portfolio of multiple projects running simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Understanding of B2B SaaS models, preferably from the vendor side
  • Subject matter expert in Finance / Order to Cash
  • Strong client facing skills and a successful track record of engagement management.
  • Effectively network within accounts from C-level down to the execution level.
  • Skilled in commercial negotiations
  • Success working in a fast-paced environment with a rapidly growing company.
