RUCKUS Networks is seeking a hunter-first Major Account Executive to join our team. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role focused on net-new logo acquisition among the largest enterprises in the midwest region. You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery to technical validation, negotiation, and close—positioning the Ruckus portfolio (Ruckus One, ICX switching, AI-driven analytics, cloud Wi-Fi, and 100G infrastructure) as the strategic platform for digital transformation. This is not channel management or account farming. This is enterprise hunting at the highest level: breaking into Fortune 100 HQs, displacing legacy vendors, and building multi-year, multi-million-dollar relationships.
