The Enterprise Account Manager will be an exceptional communicator and relationship builder while also having strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in tools of the trade such as Excel. We need a determined solution-finder who is able to find win-win’s and is not deterred in the face of challenges.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree
  • Background managing accounts in a performance marketing environment
  • At least 2 year’s experience in account management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Consistent and detail-oriented
  • Strong analytical skills

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in tools of the trade such as Excel

Responsibilities

  • Maintain high-touch relationships with 20-40 key insurance carrier accounts
  • Be fluent in all account KPIs and other relevant business and relationship details
  • Maximize each account through thorough preparation and focus on performance and opportunities
  • Create win-win scenarios that meet account goals and Company objectives
  • Turn difficult conversations into account wins
  • Manage a regular status call cadence with each account
  • Has, or will commit to gaining, a strong understanding of the insurance business
  • Use and train accounts on the technology platforms underpinning our customer acquisition products
  • Keep a pulse on the insurance customer acquisition competitive landscape
