About The Position

Askable is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager focused on customer growth. This role involves managing a specific set of existing Askable customer brands with the primary goal of increasing their spend and usage on the platform. The Account Manager will collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to understand the Askable platform's capabilities in user research and feedback collection. The position requires building strategic relationships within customer organizations to identify growth opportunities and align customer needs with Askable's offerings. The role is based in the Chicago office with frequent travel to meet customers across the US.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales and account expansion.
  • Strong track record of success in SaaS sales.
  • Experience closing large, complex software deals across multi-layered businesses and diverse industries.
  • Ability to navigate multiple stakeholders from individual contributor to senior leadership.
  • Experience building meaningful relationships with customers by understanding business problems and opportunities.
  • Ability to bring real value with proposed solutions.
  • Confidence using creative levers and compelling incentives to drive opportunities to close within a fiscal period.
  • Experience utilizing sales methodologies like The Challenger Sale and The Sales Acceleration Formula.
  • Emotional maturity to give and receive constructive feedback.
  • Ability to think on your feet, manage your own workflow, and problem-solve roadblocks.
  • Proactively ask questions and take responsibility for goals.
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand product solutions and features, and keep up to date as offerings evolve.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth within the assigned customer accounts and increase the number of active teams using the product.
  • Grow Askable's top accounts by boosting spend and usage, while maintaining and strengthening client relationships.
  • Identify and qualify leads, foster opportunity development, and track progress to optimize sales strategies.
  • Engage in proactive sales initiatives, including upselling and cross-selling Askable's product line.
  • Conduct regular face-to-face client meetings and attend industry events.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations to new teams within existing accounts.
  • Create custom solutions tailored to unique client needs.
  • Increase the number of active users and teams within key brands to ensure deep platform engagement.
  • Monitor key account performance and develop strategies to optimize account usage and spend.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Sales to predict and deliver accurate sales forecasts.
  • Utilize sales platforms such as Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Lemlist.
  • Work with the Events Manager to conceptualize, plan, and run company events.
  • Drive retention and expansion of existing customers.
