About The Position

As an Enterprise Account Manager - Canada, you will join a highly motivated, tenacious sales team responsible for driving growth across a curated portfolio of prestigious named accounts and Canadian government entities. Operating in a dynamic cybersecurity market, you will leverage a consultative sales approach to displace competitors, maximize our footprint, and partner with C-suite executives to solve their most complex security challenges. In this role, you will act as a strategic architect of security posture, owning a dedicated Canadian territory and managing complex, multi-divisional sales cycles. You will collaborate closely with inside renewals, pre-sales technical experts, and channel partners to exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Bi-Lingual: English and Fluent-French preferred
  • 5+ years of high-growth sales experience in information security, cloud platforms, or enterprise software, with a strong focus on large-scale enterprise clients.
  • Proven success operating within a matrixed organization, effectively balancing new business expansion with specialized renewal teams.
  • Demonstrated capability to take legacy or distressed accounts and rebuild them into top-performing, high-growth revenue sources while consistently hitting pipeline goals.
  • Advanced ability to navigate multi-tiered sales environments, structure complex multi-million dollar deals, and manage executive negotiations.
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity market trends, modern SOC environments, and cloud migration patterns, with the credibility to discuss how Trellix integrates into existing enterprise architectures.
  • Strong track record of leveraging channel partners and system integrators to scale deal sizes and accelerate sales cycles.
  • Core Skills: Account Management, Consultative Selling, Business Planning, Pipeline Management, Executive Communication, Negotiation, and Revenue Forecasting.

Responsibilities

  • Consistently exceed revenue targets by closing new business, expanding white-space opportunities within existing accounts, and revitalizing underperforming or distressed client relationships.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to CISOs, CIOs, and board-level executives, translating complex technical security requirements into high-impact business value.
  • Develop and execute multi-year strategic account plans for high-value enterprise and Canadian public sector accounts.
  • Lead a dedicated matrixed team—including Sales Engineers, Professional Services, and Global Support—to conduct solution workshops, pilot implementations, and product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with regional channel partners, system integrators, and service providers to extend market reach and secure strategic agreements.
  • Maintain meticulous CRM data, drive linearity, and deliver accurate weekly revenue forecasting while managing the complete sales pipeline.
